I grew up in Macon, GA where my passion for painting first began. I completed my undergraduate degree at the University of Georgia. Go dawgs! I am currently a full time medical student in Augusta, GA. And, when on break, I enjoy painting for people!

I have enjoyed painting with acrylics, watercolor, and mixed media for over 10 years. During my time in college, I started commissioning artwork for my friends and family as well as others I met along the way. I have continued to paint and carry out commission work while in medical school when I am on break. 

For me, art is another language in which I can communicate with those around me. Painting has become a sanctuary—a place of expression for my emotions, thoughts, and experiences. I especially enjoy painting people and am grateful for the opportunity to showcase the distinctiveness of each individual through brushstrokes on a canvas. Compared to the world of science and medicine, art serves as my outlet, due to its inherent fluidity and freedom.
